Shalom 2 is situated in the historical old town of Albufeira at Avenida da Liberdade number 7. At the front, they have a big terrace with a nice atmosphere.

Until 5 pm they serve food from their daily menu which includes a list of diverse sandwiches, daily dishes,

salads and of course snacks! They also welcome you to enjoy their other specialities during the daytime. For a diverse dinner menu they did not forget the vegetarians among us. Some of these specialities are:

• Rib Eye Steak: Tender Latin-American meat grilled with onions, mushrooms & peppers or a delicious home made chimichurry sauce.

• Shoarma: Traditional Mediterranean dish. Grilled pork meat prepared in a traditional way and cut into small slices. Shoarma may be compared with Greek Gyros and is served with pita bread. Delicious!

• Chicken Sashlick: Marinated slices of chicken breast grilled with onions, mushrooms & mixed peppers. Very tasty!

• Falafel: Falafel is prepared of ground garlic, onion, condiments and chick peas, and are well-suited for the vegetarian eater.

• Houmous: Traditional dish from the Middle-East. Houmous is a creamy sauce made of olive oil, tahina (roasted sesame seeds with fresh lemon juice), ground garlic, onion, flava beans, chick peas and condiments. Houmous is served with salad and a bread roll. The dish may serve as a starter before the meal, but can also be a suitable accompaniment to the main course.
